In short. In game, type /911 followed by a short description. Your call lands in the dispatch queue, with your position, and the on-duty units that receive dispatch (police, paramedics…) get the alert.
In-game 911 is disabled by default. If it does not work on your server, it may be the staff's choice.
Call #
Open the FiveM chat.
Type the command followed by what is happening, for example:
/911 robbery in progress at the Grove Street corner storeYou read "Call sent to dispatch".
The command may have another name on your server: ask staff.
Describe it well #
Dispatch reads your description on the radio. Say what, where and how many: "crash, two injured, north highway exit". Your position is sent automatically.
Possible messages #
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| "Call sent to dispatch." | It went through |
| "A call was just sent: wait a moment." | You called several times in a row (three calls per minute at most) |
| "In-game 911 calls are disabled on this server." | Staff have not turned on in-game 911 |
| "Dispatch is not taking calls right now." | Dispatch is unavailable |
Then what? #
Dispatch assigns a unit to your call, or an officer takes it themselves. Stay reachable: your phone number goes with the call when your character has one.
