Administrator guide
Forum, moderation, members, groups, Discord, staff security, errors and site settings.
- Organise the forum: categories and sectionsThe structure is edited right on the forum, in edit mode: a draft, then Apply sends everything at once.
- Moderate the forum: hide, archive, mandatory reasonNothing is ever deleted: a post is hidden, a thread is archived, and every action requires a reason sent to the author.
- Handle reportsModeration → Reports: dismiss, hide, warn, archive or suspend, always with a reason; and block a member who reports over and over.
- Manage members: groups, suspension, anonymisationAdministration → Members: give or remove a group, resync Discord roles, suspend, sign out everywhere, anonymise an account.
- Groups and permissionsForum groups carry rights (moderate, review applications, manage an MDT department); MDT rights come from the in-game job.
- Discord roles, sync and "Suspended member"Each group can carry a Discord role, set and removed automatically (or, if you prefer, Discord is the source of truth); the Suspended member setting decides what happens to roles during a suspension.
- Require two-factor authentication for staffOne box in Administration → Configuration → Security: a staff member without 2FA on Discord can no longer enter the admin area or the MDT; the forum stays open.
- Errors and error reports (Administration → Errors)Agora stores every failure of the site, browsers and the FiveM resource, cleaned of any sensitive data, and can send it to the Agora team.
- Site settings and the home pageAdministration → Configuration applies everything live: name, logo, language, public address, theme, Discord, payments, security, map, portal, dealership and tablet.
- Donation campaigns (PayPal)Connect PayPal, create a campaign with a goal and milestones, approve the sample campaign, follow and export donations received.
