Account and billing
Your space on agorapanel.com: purchase, subscription, refunds, referrals and support.
- Buy a license on agorapanel.comPick your tier, duration and payment method; the key shows up in your space once payment is confirmed, never by direct message.
- Manage your subscription and its renewalTurn renewal off or back on, extend with a one-time payment, and what happens at the end date: the license stays active, then 14 days of grace.
- Change tier (trial, Basic, Pro)From trial to paid, you keep your installation; between Basic and Pro on a paid license, you change tier yourself, same key, prorated.
- Invoices and receiptsYour subscription invoices are in the Stripe portal (from My purchases); every purchase also sends you a confirmation email.
- Request a refundSelf-service refund, approved automatically: 7 days for a month, 30 days for a year or a lifetime license; no prorating.
- Payment disputes (chargebacks with your bank)Disputing a payment suspends the license while the dispute lasts; if lost, the subscription stops and the license is revoked; if won, everything resumes.
- ReferralsYour referee gets a month of Pro instead of the trial; you are rewarded once they paid their first month; ten completed referrals give a lifetime license.
- Linked Discord roles (Agora's Discord server)Link your Agora account to Discord: Agora's Discord server automatically gives you the customer roles (Customer, Pro…) and removes them if your license stops.
- Open a support ticketSupport works through tickets, on Agora's Discord, on the site or by email: a short form, a reply from the team, and the transcript when it closes.
- The email verification code (and the authenticator app)Before a sensitive action on agorapanel.com (showing your key, refunding, managing a subscription), the site checks it is you with a 6-digit code sent by email.
- Confirm my email addressYour confirmed address receives your key, your receipts and the verification codes: you confirm it by clicking a single-use link valid for 24 hours.
- Erase my data (account anonymization)On agorapanel.com, the team anonymizes your account on request: what is erased, what is kept (accounting), the conditions, and why signing in is refused afterwards.
