License
Trial, Basic and Pro tiers, activation, seats, and what happens when a license stops.
- The 14-day free trialThe trial is a free key: 14 days on the Basic tier (forum and MDT), one installation, one trial per game server.
- The Basic and Pro tiersBasic opens the MDT and every roleplay tool, Pro adds the panel, the console, the database explorer and the beta channel, and the forum always stays free.
- Activate or change your license keyThe key is read in your customer space, set on the first start, and later replaced in Administration → Agora without touching the server.
- Understanding your license stateProvisional trial, activation pending, trial, active, grace period, locked: what each state opens, and what never closes.
- Free a license seatA key belongs to one installation; after a reinstall or a move, the old installation keeps the seat until you release it.
- Suspended or expired license: what happensAn expired license leaves 14 days of grace; a suspended one, 3 days before the free tier; either way, the forum never closes.
- Without access to the license server (offline trial and license)An activated installation holds for days without contact thanks to its signed lease, then enters grace; an installation never activated stays on forum and MDT.
