Suspended or expired license: what happens
An expired license leaves 14 days of grace; a suspended one, 3 days before the free tier; either way, the forum never closes.

In short. Agora never cuts off abruptly. An expired license leaves 14 days of grace. A license suspended by the publisher leaves 3 days. After that, the MDT and Pro features close, but the forum always stays open and nothing is deleted.
Expired license #
This happens at the end of a trial, of a one-time payment, or when a subscription is not renewed.
- The banner says "License expired — MDT and premium features lock in N day(s)".
- During those 14 days of grace, everything works.
- Then the state becomes Locked: forum only.
To get going again: renew or extend your license in your space. With the same key, everything comes back at the next contact with the license server (click Check now to skip the wait). With a new key, paste it in Administration → Agora.
A refund removes the paid period without a grace period: the MDT and Pro features close at once.
Suspended license #
The publisher can suspend a license, for example during a payment dispute.
- The dedicated banner shows: "License suspended by the publisher — everything stays active for N more day(s)…".
- For 3 days, everything stays active.
- Then the MDT and Pro features drop to the free tier: forum only.
- During a suspension, Agora calls the license server every 30 minutes: as soon as it is lifted, everything comes back immediately.
An installation already activated keeps running, but no new machine can be attached to a suspended key. Your customer space does not offer install files either while the license is suspended.
To get going again: open a support ticket. See Open a ticket.
Revoked license #
A revoked license behaves like an expired one (grace, then lock), but its key will no longer be accepted. Contact support.
What never changes #
- The forum, members, applications and donations stay open.
- No data is erased, neither in Agora's database nor in the game's.
- You can always take backups.
