In short. The free trial is not "having no key": it is a trial key, free, to get from your space. It opens 14 days on the Basic tier (forum and MDT), on one installation.
Get your trial key #
- Sign in to agorapanel.com with Discord.
- Open My account → Install Agora.
- Click Get my free trial key.
If your email address is not confirmed yet, the site asks you to confirm it before opening your space.
The key is immediately placed in the install files offered on the same page (.env for Docker, egg for your panel).
When the countdown starts #
Not when you click: at the first activation of your installation. You can take your time to prepare your hosting.
What the trial opens #
| Feature | During the trial |
|---|---|
| Forum, applications, donations, profiles | ✅ |
| MDT, dispatch, live map, HR, court, fleet, dealership, classifieds, the paper | ✅ |
Hosting panel, server console, server.cfg editor, txAdmin, database explorer (Pro) | ❌ |
| Beta update channel (Pro) | ❌ |
A trial key has only one seat: one installation at a time.
One trial per game server #
The FiveM resource sends a fingerprint of your server's sv_licenseKey (never the key itself). A server that already had its trial cannot activate a second one: the message "this server has already had its free trial" is shown.
Another brake: if several new licenses have already been prepared from your connection (3 per 24 hours at most), the site refuses and tells you to try again tomorrow (or write to support if you think it is a mistake). This cap counts free trials and the free months of Pro given by referral together. It mostly affects a shared network (school, VPN, same router): someone who already has a licence always gets their key back.
When the trial ends #
- The MDT and related features keep running for 14 days of grace, with a banner.
- Then they lock. The forum stays open, and no data is deleted.
Going paid #
- In Administration → Agora, License block, Go paid sends you to the pricing page.
- If you buy during the trial or up to 7 days after, your first month is 50% off (monthly subscription).
- You keep the same installation; paste the new key if it is different. See Activate a key.
Trying Pro #
The extended trial gives 30 days of Pro, paid (half a Basic month), with no renewal. It is offered once per Discord account, to new customers. See Buy a license.
