In short. Everything happens on agorapanel.com, signed in with your Discord account. You pick the tier (Basic or Pro), the duration and the plan type, then pay by card (Stripe) or by PayPal / paysafecard (Tebex). The key shows up in your space and in your confirmation email.
Buy #
- Open the Pricing page and pick your currency (CAD, EUR or USD) at the top.
- Pick Basic or Pro.
- Sign in with Discord if needed.
- On the checkout page, pick:
- the duration: monthly or yearly;
- the plan type: Subscription (automatic renewal, can be turned off any time) or One-time payment (1 month or 1 year prepaid, no renewal).
- Add a Promo code if you have one, then pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) on Stripe's secure page, or by PayPal / paysafecard on Tebex's (paysafecard mostly suits the one-time payment; Tebex bills in its own currency and shows taxes and conversion at its step).
Applicable taxes are added to the price where relevant, and shown before you pay.
Get your key #
As soon as payment is confirmed:
- your key is in My account → My licences → Show key (the site first sends a 6-digit code by email, valid for 10 minutes, to your confirmed address: see My account → Emails; if you turned on an authenticator app in My account → Security, that one is asked instead);
- you get a confirmation email that contains your key;
- you also get a Discord notification with the link (if your direct messages are open) — never the key itself.
Agora's Discord Activity (on Agora's Discord server) shows your licenses and subscriptions, but never the full key: its View my key on the website button opens your license page in your browser, where the key only shows after the email verification.
Then paste it into your Agora: see Activate a key. For an extension, nothing to change: the key stays the same.
After a payment at Tebex #
Tebex brings you back to a Payment result page that polls Tebex every 3 seconds:

| Purchase refunded | Your purchase was refunded after granting a license: it no longer gives right to the license tied to it; the state of your licenses is in your space |

Only one discount per purchase: the best one applies.
Try Pro #
The extended trial gives 30 days of Pro for half a Basic month, with no renewal. Once per Discord account, and only if you do not already have a paid license. If you then go paid, you keep the same key.
