Subscription invoices (Stripe) #
- My account → My purchases.
- On your subscription, click Manage subscription.
- The site first asks for a 6-digit code received by email (or the one from your authenticator app), then the Stripe portal opens: you find your invoices, your card and cancellation there.
One-time payment #
Keep your purchase confirmation email: it shows the plan, the period and the amount paid.
What "My purchases" shows #
For each purchase: the plan, the duration (monthly, yearly, lifetime, one-time), the provider, the status, the period covered, the amount and the discount applied.
An overdue payment #
If a subscription charge failed, the purchase turns Payment overdue and My purchases tells you what to do: "Your last payment failed: update your card with Manage subscription so the renewal goes through. Your license stays active meanwhile." In the Stripe portal, change your card: the charge is retried. See Subscription and renewal.
A refunded or disputed payment #
A purchase can also carry a message: Refunded automatically (with the reason), Dispute open or Dispute lost. See Request a refund and Payment disputes.
An invoice is missing or wrong? #
Open a ticket on the support Discord, with the date and payment method. See Open a ticket.
