In short. The AI support code (shaped like DIAG-XXXXX-XXXXX) lets Agora's AI assistant read a technical summary of your Hub: versions, license state, health of the services and recent errors. You see that summary in full before it is sent, you send it once, and the code is good for only 30 minutes and 5 reads at most, with your Discord account. You can revoke it at any time. The assistant never connects to your Hub and does nothing on it: it only writes instructions.

Before you start #

  • Be an Agora administrator (with staff 2FA if you require it).
  • Have a Discord account linked to your administrator account: the code works only for that Discord account.
  • The Hub must have its license proof (the license has been checked at least once).
  • The feature must be open for your installation. If the screen says it is "not open for your installation yet", nothing was sent: Agora has not turned it on for you yet.
  • It does not exist in the demo.
  • Nothing is sent until you tick the box and click Send.

Steps #

  1. Open the screen. Go to Administration → Agora → AI support code (just below support mode).

  2. Read the introduction. It says what the code does, who reads the summary (an AI assistant, Claude Haiku, from Anthropic, a provider located outside Québec, only when you paste the code) and for how long. The "?" help gives the details.

  3. Prepare the summary. Click the prepare button: the Hub reads its state (read-only, it writes nothing) and shows you the exact content that will be sent, section by section. This preview is mandatory: nothing is sent without it. If the summary does not pass the Hub's privacy check, nothing is prepared or sent.

  4. Read it, tick "I have read it, I am sending it to Agora and its AI provider", then click Send. The prepared summary must be sent within 10 minutes; after that, prepare it again.

  5. Copy your code. It shows with its expiry time and a Copy button.

  6. Paste it to the assistant: in a private message to the Agora bot, or in a ticket on the site, with your question. Use the same Discord account that is linked to your administrator account: with another one, the code is refused.

Tip: a private message to the bot is better than a public channel, where other people would see your code.

  7. After following an instruction, you can update the summary: prepare a new one (read it, tick, send). It replaces the old one under the same code, within the same time and read limits.

  8. Revoke it when you are done. The Revoke code button (on the screen or in the banner) erases the summary at Agora right away. Otherwise it erases itself at expiry. You can also tell the assistant "revoke my code".

What is read #

The summary has six sections, all shown in the preview:

SectionWhat it contains
ApplicationVersion, build, channel (stable or beta), Node version, uptime, memory used
HealthWhether the Hub database, the game database (and its framework), the panel (and its type) and txAdmin respond; disk space; live map on or off
LicenseTier, state, reason, days left, suspect clock or not, mode
DiscordBot connected or not, gateway state, any roles error reduced to a code
UpdatesChannel, last check, update available
Recent errorsAt most 10, reduced to their area, name, severity, count and dates

What is never read #

The summary never contains: your license key, your lease or your installation's identifier, a password or token, an IP address, an email, a web address, a host name, a nickname or player name, your server's or bot's name, a Discord ID, or the free text of an error message. The Hub cleans it twice, then Agora's site checks it again and rejects it if it finds anything suspicious. The contents of your game database, your files and your forum are not read either.

Who read it: the log #

  • The screen lists the reads of the last 30 days: the time and the result (analysis done for your account, attempt refused, attempt after expiry).
  • While a code is active, an orange banner shows at the top of every page for all administrators, with the Revoke button.
  • Administration → Logs (Audit tab) records every creation, replacement and revocation, never the code or its content.
  • Every assistant reply based on your code ends with "Analysis done at HH:MM from your support code (read-only)."

You know it worked when… #

  • The screen shows your DIAG-… code with its expiry and an active-code notice; the orange banner is visible.
  • After your message, the assistant answers with precise instructions for your installation, and its reply carries the "Analysis done at…" line.
  • After revoking, the banner disappears and the code no longer works.

If it doesn't work #

What you seeLikely causeWhat to do
"The feature is not open for your installation yet"Agora has not opened the support code for you yetNothing was sent; open a ticket if you need it
The assistant says the code is "invalid or expired"Code mistyped, expired (30 min), already read 5 times, revoked, or pasted from another Discord accountCheck the Discord account, then generate a new code; the old one is then revoked
"The summary did not pass the privacy check"The Hub found something in the summary that must not leaveNothing was sent; try again, and open a ticket if it persists
The prepared summary expiredMore than 10 minutes between preparing and sendingPrepare it again

Going further #

  • Code or live support mode? They are not the same. With the code, nobody connects to your Hub: you send a technical summary once, and an AI reads it, read-only. With live support mode, the Agora team (people) sees your Hub live for 1 h, 4 h or 24 h. The code is lighter for a common problem; live mode is for failures that are hard to describe.
  • Not the same as an error report. Report an error to Agora sends one specific failure to the team to open a ticket; the support code gives the assistant an overview of your installation.
  • One active code per installation. Generating a new one revokes the previous one and erases its summary.
  • Retention. The summary is erased at expiry or on revocation; the read log is kept 30 days. The details are in the privacy policy of agorapanel.com.
  • The assistant can be wrong. Its replies are labeled as AI-generated. Back up your database before any step that touches it.
