Linked Discord roles (Agora's Discord server)

In short. On Agora's Discord server, some roles are reserved for customers. With Discord's linked roles, they are given and removed automatically based on your license. These are not the roles of your own server (those are set in your Agora).

Link your roles #

1. Sign in to agorapanel.com with the same Discord account as on Agora's Discord server.
2. My account → Linked Discord roles block → Manage my linked roles.
3. Click Link my Discord roles.
4. On Discord's screen, accept the "linked roles" authorization. It gives no access to your messages or your servers.

Discord then gives you the roles whose conditions you meet (this can take a few moments).

What Discord sees #

• Customer: yes if you have an active paid license.
• Tier: None, Basic or Pro.
• Customer since: how long you have been a customer.
• Lifetime license: yes or no.

Your state is republished at every purchase, renewal, refund or expiry, and as soon as a tier change takes effect (upgrade, downgrade) or when a Pro offered by referral starts or ends. A Pro → Basic downgrade therefore no longer leaves the "Pro" role lingering for up to 24 h. If you have your account erased (Erase my data), the connection is also removed at Discord.

If your license changes holder #

To move a license from one Discord account to another (a different person, an abandoned account), open a ticket: only the team can change the holder. In a single operation, the key and the non-refunded purchases follow the new holder, along with self-service refund and cancellation. A purchase already refunded stays in the name of whoever paid it (accounting history).

For roles, the new holder gets the Client role and the old one loses it, without waiting for the daily pass.
