In short. You can ask for your personal data to be erased on agorapanel.com (Quebec Law 25, GDPR). There is no self-service button: you write to the team through a ticket, and the site owner anonymizes your account after a security confirmation. It is irreversible.

This page is about your agorapanel.com account. To erase a member of your own server (your Hub), see Manage members.

The conditions #

Anonymization is refused (nothing is changed, nothing is canceled for you) as long as:

  • you have an active purchase or one in overdue payment: cancel or get a refund first (Subscription and renewal, Request a refund); A one-off payment whose period has run out (30-day extended trial, gifted Pro month, dated access) no longer counts: it does not block. A subscription, a lifetime purchase and access still running always block;
  • a license is active or in its grace period;
  • it is a team account, or the account is already anonymized.

If the license server does not answer, the request is refused for now: the team cannot prove that no license is active. It is redone later.

What is erased #

  • Your name, username, display name, email(s), image, language, email preferences, last visit.
  • Your sign-ins (all your sessions drop), your 2FA and your passkeys.
  • Your contact details in your support tickets and their emails (including a transcript's public link), your name in logs.
  • The linked roles connection at Discord (tokens are revoked): see Linked Discord roles.
  • Your customer record on the license server: name and email are replaced by anonymous values.
  • Your panels and domains registered on the site: panel address, server name, (sealed) API key and domain name are deleted.

What is kept #

  • Purchases, refunds, disputes, tier changes, discounts and licenses: an accounting obligation. These rows carry neither your name nor your email, only identifiers.
  • Your Discord ID, where a license or a purchase depends on it: a number without a name, no longer an identity once your name is erased.
  • The "do not write to this address again" list (unsubscribe, failing address): keeping it protects you.
  • The free text of your tickets (subject, replies), kept as is for the support history: ask case by case if it must be purged.
  • What Stripe, Tebex and Discord keep on their side: their records live with them, out of Agora's reach.

Afterwards: signing in is refused #

An anonymized account can no longer sign in, neither on the site nor in the Discord Activity: "This account was anonymized at its holder's request: it can no longer sign in. Write to support if you want to start from scratch." This is deliberate: an automatic "fresh start" would have recreated an account tied to the old purchase history through your Discord ID. For the same reason, the team can no longer attach anything to an anonymized account (a license in its name, a new holder, an email ticket).
