In short. In My account → My data, you can download a copy of what the site keeps on your account, as a structured JSON file (a structured text file) that you can read or hand to another service (access and portability, Quebec Law 25 and GDPR). The site first checks that it is you, and you can do it 3 times per hour. There is no self-service deletion: to erase your account, go through support.

This page is about your agorapanel.com account. For the data of the members of your own server (your Hub), see Manage members.

Before you start #

Steps #

  1. Open My account → My data.
  2. If your session is not verified yet, the page says so: click Verify my session. The site sends you a 6-digit code by email (or asks for the one from your authenticator app), then brings you back to the page.
  3. Click Download my data. Your browser saves a file named agora-mes-donnees-YYYY-MM-DD.json.

The file contains your emails, purchases and conversations: that is why the code is asked, as for showing your key. The file is that of your account, the one of your session: you cannot ask for another one.

You know it worked when… #

Your browser saves a file named agora-mes-donnees-YYYY-MM-DD.json.

If it does not work #

MessageWhat to do
"Your session is no longer verified…"Click Verify my session, then start the download again
"Too many downloads: you can make 3 per hour"Try again later
"The file could not be prepared"Try again in a moment; if it keeps happening, open a ticket
The licenses part is marked unavailable in the fileThe license server did not answer at that moment: that does not mean "no license". Ask for the file again a bit later

Going further #

What the file contains #

  • Your profile: Discord ID, username, language, role, creation and last-visit dates.
  • Your email addresses and the emails the site sent you (template, date, status).
  • Your purchases and subscriptions: plan, amounts, period, discounts, refunds and, for a one-off Stripe payment, the receipt link when there is one (see Invoices and receipts).
  • Your licenses, without the key: only its last 4 characters, with their installations.
  • Your support tickets and the messages of the conversation, as you see them in My account.
  • The log of actions taken from your account (security checks, key viewed, refund requested…).

If the license server does not answer at that moment, the file says so (the licenses part is marked unavailable): that does not mean "no license". Ask again a bit later. For very large accounts, reading is capped (for example 500 tickets); the file then says which part is truncated.

What is not in it #

  • Your license key: show it from your license page, with the usual verification.
  • Security secrets: two-factor authentication, recovery codes, passkeys.
  • The team's internal notes (tickets, licenses, internal refund reasons) and its actions on your account.
  • Deleted messages, those posted after a ticket was closed, and the installations' IP addresses.

Delete or correct #

Nothing is erased from this page. To have your account deleted or a detail corrected, write to the team from "Contact us" or through a ticket: deletion is not self-service, because some purchases must be kept. The conditions and what is erased or kept are in Erase my data.

For the rest (what we collect, why, for how long, your rights), read the privacy policy.
